Fermented garlic hot sauce combines slow roasted black garlic with lacto fermented Caribbean peppers for a spicy, umami and garlicy flavor. When initially released as part of the Micro Batch series in the spring of 2019, this sauce sold out immediately. We produced several follow-up batches and ran into the same scenario - it flew off the shelves. So we bumped her into rotation and gave it a proper slot in the Paulman Acre line.
