CURBSIDE PICKUP AVAILABLE

Because your health and safety are our biggest priorities, we are offering over-the-phone ordering and curbside pickup. Here’s how it works:

Call your local Parkrose Hardware and tell us what you’d like to order. Wait for a confirmation phone call letting you know your order is ready for pickup.
Park in one of our curbside parking spots, and call us when you arrive.
Our staff will bring your order out and load it into your trunk.

What To Expect When Calling In An Order*

  • Orders cannot exceed $200.
  • Orders cannot include power tools, outdoor power equipment, Yeti® products or live plants.
  • Within 45 minutes, our customer sales associate will call you back to verify that all items are stocked and update you on the total cost of your order.
  • -- This is when you will provide the store with your credit card information for processing the transaction.

What To Expect When Picking Up Your Order

  • Call the store when you arrive.
  • You will need to verify your credit card information and matching valid photo ID through your car window.
  • Our customer sales associate will load your items into your trunk. Your receipt will be taped to your order.

* For our commercial customers: We are unable to offer over-the-phone ordering and curbside pickup using your Blue Tarp account.

You can call in your order and use our current sale circular for inspiration. Our sales are planned months in advance and we’re doing our best to get you everything you need. If you have a question about a specific product, please call us.


CURBSIDE PICKUP FAQ

How will I know when my order is ready?
-- You should receive a confirmation phone call within 45 minutes of placing your order. The sales associate will verify your order and update you on the total cost. We are doing our best to process orders in a timely manner and appreciate your patience.

What do I need to pickup my order?
-- Bring photo ID and the credit card used. Call the store when you arrive and show our sales associate your ID and credit card through the window. Our team member will verify and load your order.

Where do I go to pickup my order?
-- Drive to the marked Curbside Pickup loading area. This is normally located near the front entrance of the store.

How long will my order be held?
-- We will hold your paid order for seven days from the date it was placed.

Is every item eligible for Curbside Pickup?
-- Most items are available at curbside. Exceptions include power tools, outdoor power equipment, Yeti® products and live goods. You may be asked to use our other loading areas for bagged goods and other larger items.

Can I return items that I purchase using Curbside Pickup?
-- Yes! Please bring your receipt for all returns. At this time, we are not accepting returns on clothing, food or drinkware.

Are live plants avaialble for Curbside Pickup?
-- Plants are not available for online orders or Curbside Pickup. Please come into our nursery to purchase plants.

Are you still mixing paint?
-- Yes! Paint mixing and sales are in-store only (no Curbside Pickup). Please maintain a safe social distance with our paint experts and keep any color chips you’ve touched.
