Learn to can from a WSU Master Food Preserver on Aug. 24 & 25. You’ll leave knowing the basics of putting up jellies, jams & tomato sauces. Register using the form below or at the service counter of your preferred store. Pre-registration is required. Parkrose Perk: Pre-registered attendees receive a 12-pack of Pint Mason Jars ($9.99 value) at the workshop*.

Additionally, we’re offering drop-in pressure-cooker gauge testing at $5 per gauge at 11:30 AM both days (no registration required).
